    The Ennis Municipal Court is the designated court for the disposition of all Class C Misdemeanor cases filed by the Ennis Police Department, and other agencies working in and around the City of Ennis.

    The Ennis Municipal Court handles the majority of arraignments for charges being referred to the Ellis County District Attorney's office for the Ennis Police Department.
